Meet the SLP
Cassie Golasinski is the owner and founder of Goal Getters Pediatric Therapy. As a wife and mother of two young children, she understands the stressors of keeping up in the “baby race” and has a passion for helping families build communication and empowering parents as communication partners. Cassie has a bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology and a masters of science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association (ASHA) and Texas state license as a speech pathologist.
Being a speech pathologist has been a life-long dream for Cassie that she aspired to after experiencing speech therapy in action for a family member diagnosed with autism. Cassie has experience working with a variety of speech and language disorders and specializes in working with the toddler- preschool populations and with bilingual Spanish speakers. After years gaining experience in nearly every pediatric setting - home health, early childhood intervention, public schools, private practice, and the university clinic setting - she decided to open her own private practice when she noticed a high need in her community for early intervention speech therapy services.
Cassie loves spending time with her children, husband, and their dog, Lexi. After a long day, you can find her winding down with an adult coloring book or other craft project. She is also into browsing antique stores and finding vintage gems around DFW!
